Ms. Pan was born and raised in Taiwan. She started working with children at her mother's Montessori school in Taiwan when she was a teenager. She earned a B.A in Social work and Young Children Welfare from Providence University in Taiwan. In 2011, she traveled to the United States to continue her education. In 2014, She graduated from Washington State University with an M.ED in k-12 Educational Leadership. Immediately afterwards, she moved to Portland, Oregon and obtained her AMI Primary Teacher training at Montessori Northwest.

Ms. Pan has been a Primary Mandarin Montessori Head Teacher for 3 years and a infant teacher for a year. She enjoys learning and working with preschoolers and infants. As a Montessori mom, she knows how amazing Montessori education is for children.
